In addition to “John Wick: Chapter 4,” which stars Keanu Reeves, “Plane,” and “Golda,” which stars Gerard Butler and Helen Mirren, Canadian-American entertainment corporation Lionsgate has revealed their India theatrical release schedule for 2023.

Other movies on Lionsgate’s release schedule for the coming year include Francis Lawrence’s “The Hunger Games – The Ballad of Songbird & Snakes,” “White Bird: A Wonder Story,” with Gillian Anderson and Helen Mirren, the comedy-drama “About My Father,” and the action-thriller “Bricklayer.”

Lionsgate is anticipating a jam-packed 2023 that will pander to the public with a number of high-profile theatrical releases planned in dubbed languages.

Wendy Reeds, EVP, International Sales, Lionsgate, said India is a crucial market for us and with the upcoming slate they are hoping to increase their fanbase in the country.

“Lionsgate has developed a pipeline of Hollywood tentpoles and action films for Indian fans. We depend heavily on the Indian market, and with these anticipated blockbuster releases, we are hopeful of growing there,” the actress remarked.
