The movie Dune: Part Two is scheduled to open in theatres on November 3, 2023 as it enters the post-production stage. The future movie, which will also be directed by Denis Villeneuve, is based on the 1965 Frank Herbert novel of the same name. The desert planet Arrakis is the setting for Dune, which centres on Paul Atreides and his family as they become embroiled in a conflict for the planet.

Timothée will be joined by a number of other cast members who previously appeared in the movie, including Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgrd, and Javier Bardem. In addition to them, other actors including Christopher Walken, Florence Pugh, and Austin Butler will appear in the second instalment.
