According to reports, the superhero animated series Invincible’s second season will premiere in January 2023. An official release date for the series has not yet been announced by the creators. The show was created just for Amazon Prime Video.
The series, which subverts the superhero genre by highlighting the drawbacks of possessing superpowers, is based on a Robert Kirkman comic book of the same name. His best-known work is The Walking Dead comic book, which was eventually turned into an enduring live-action television series.
The voice cast of the series includes A-listers like Steven Yeun, J.K. Simmons, Sandra Oh, Zazie Beetz, Gillian Jacobs, Zachary Quinto, and Walton Goggins.
The news regarding the second season’s potential release next month was announced by the official Twitter handle for the series. The tweet reads, “So… this is the last month we won’t have a Season 2 update for you!!!”
