There are rumours circulating that Aaron Taylor-Johnson has already been identified as the next James Bond by the Bond franchise’s decision-makers. According to other reports, the actor won the producers over during the audition and has already recorded the well-known gun barrel sequence.

After Daniel Craig’s final performance as the venerable British spy, we may already hear about the future James Bond. Daniel Craig made his final appearance as the slick-talking spy in the 2021 movie No Time to Die after five films in the role. It was revealed shortly after the movie’s premiere by Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, who presently oversee the series, that they would take some time to consider the famous spy’s function in the present, and it may take them a year or more to identify the next Bond.

Broccoli and Wilson reportedly sought to cast a younger Bond this time; Aaron Taylor-Johnson is presently 32 years old, compared to Daniel Craig’s 38 at the time of his 2006 movie Casino Royale casting. The actor is said to have wowed the producers with his acting abilities and outstanding background working on action movies.

Taylor-Johnson first gained attention in the 2010 superhero spoof Kickass. She then went on to feature in the movies Anna Karenina, Godzilla, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Nowhere Boy, The King’s Men, Tenet, and Bullet Train. It has been rumoured that Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson will make an official announcement around March 2023, despite the fact that the producers have yet to confirm the news.
