The second season of Fraggle: Back to the Rock has been ordered by the Apple TV+ streaming service.
In Calgary, Canada, the production for Jim Henson’s forthcoming season has started. Actors Daveed Diggs, Ariana DeBose, and Catherine O’Hara will all make appearances in the second season as guests.
“This time, with big changes affecting the Rock, the Fraggles, Doozers and Gorgs will be forced to confront their past and celebrate their interdependence, as they move through challenges together with hope, silliness and brand-new songs, all while dancing their cares away… down at Fraggle Rock,” the streaming service claims.
Gobo, Red, Boober, Mokey, Wembley, and Uncle Traveling Matt, as well as new Fraggles and Doozers, go on epic, hilarious adventures about the magic that occurs when we celebrate and take care of our linked environment. The Fraggles are fun-loving, singing characters created by Jim Henson.
