In the first look for their movie Baap, Sanjay Dutt, Mithun Chakraborty, Sunny Deol, and Jackie Shroff went back in time to show off their signature looks from the 1980s and 1990s.
It seems like the 1990s are back.At least, that’s what the first look of the upcoming action film Baap suggests.Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Deol, and Mithun Chakraborty are some of the biggest names in action from the 1980s and 1990s who appear in the film.On Wednesday, the entertainers shared the principal look of the film, displaying their rough criminal symbols.Jackie Shroff wrote, “Shoot dhamaal, dosti (friendship) bemisaal” on the picture she shared with fans on Twitter and Instagram. The image depicts the four actors staring at the camera while seated on a staircase.Jackie is wearing an undershirt, his signature military camouflage jacket, and a headband that reminds him of how he looked when he was younger. In a similar vein, Sanjay Dutt’s leather jacket, goatee, and hairstyle are reminiscent of his appearances in early 2000s films.
Sunny Deol has long hair, a beard, and a bandana. She’s dressed in khaki overalls that look like prison suits in the United States. The style was compared by many fans to the one he wore in 90s classics like Jeet.Mithun Chakraborty likewise brandished the shifted armed force cap that he was once renowned for, praising it with a calfskin coat and denims.

The classic looks and the combination of seeing the four stars together were praised by fans.”This is the baap of all first looks,” one wrote.”I am loving the whole 80s action star vibes in this poster,” said another. They were compared by many fans to the Expendables, a movie franchise from Hollywood with Sylvester Stallone, Jet Li, and Jason Statham among others as veteran action stars.

On Mithun Chakraborty’s 72nd birthday in June, the announcement of Baap was made earlier this year.Vivek Chauhan is in charge of the action movie’s direction. With their marathon schedule of filming at multiple locations, the film team was reportedly expected to finish in a month. It was thought that they were also filming a portion of the movie in a Mumbai studio.
