“Drishyam 2,” which stars Ajay Devgn, is having a fantastic run at the box office. On Tuesday, the movie continued to hold steady, with a 1% drop in ticket sales.

According to boxofficeindia, “Drishyam 2” made a double-digit sum on Tuesday, earning about Rs 10.50 crore nett. The movie is aiming for a Rs 86 crore net total after five days and will easily reach 100 crore net plus at the conclusion of its first week. With this rating, “Drishyam 2” is predicted to outperform “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2,” which featured Kartik Aaryan and had a first-week revenue of about Rs 91 crore nett. After “Golmaal Again” (136 crore), “Tanhaji – The Unsung Hero” (115 crore), and “Singham Returns,” “Drishyam 2” will be Ajay’s fourth movie to break 100 crore nett in week one (112 crore).

Ajay had previously stated to ETimes in regards to the sequel, “Tabu and I are at odds in the movie because she’s a cop and I’m a suspect. She is, however, a mother first, and she has every right to be worried about her own family. I am also a father. Family is first for me as well. The intriguing thing about Vijay Salgaonkar is that, in his eyes, there is only one real truth: he would do whatever it takes to keep his family safe. He does not consider himself to be a good person or a hero. Being a father, he made the decision to handle a delicate issue in the way he felt was best. His wife and two children are his top priorities. Vijay Salgaonkar is better defined by Drishyam 2, I think.
