Amit Sadh, an actor, will play an encounter-specialist officer in a forthcoming UV Films movie. The film, which will also star Seema Biswas, Tigmanshu Dhulia, and Milind Gunaji, is being directed by newcomer Sachin Saraf. Filming is scheduled to begin shortly.
Amit, who also played a cop in Breathe: Into The Shadows, says, “I adore a good cop drama. “I was certain after reading the screenplay that it was more about the deep psyche of the encounter specialist than merely the narrative of an encounter specialist. I was touched by the writing’s authenticity. I immediately knew I wanted to be in this movie as soon as I met the director, Sachin, and as he began to describe his idea for the role.”
Director Sachin Saraf says, “It was Amit Sadh’s birthday when I spoke to him for the first time, he asked me to email the script as he was on a holiday, but to my surprise he called just after two days and told me that he loved the script. I felt blessed. This project has already seen some divine blessing signs. UV Films producer Paul (Pradeep Rangwani) has a very strong spiritual side. He always chooses subjects which are socially relevant.”
