The third instalment in Dinesh Vijan’s horror-comedy series, “Bhediya,” is slated for release by director Amar Kaushik.
The director recently disclosed that after “Bhediya” is released, they will concentrate on “Stree 2,” which will star Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role. Amar claimed in a news site interview that he has been asked about the “Stree” sequel ever since the debut of “Stree.” Although he had some ideas, he never intended to produce “Street 2” due to financial market pressure.
He claimed that if he produced movies for these purposes, they would all be a complete failure. He continued by saying that they wanted to step things up a notch at the script level itself because they know people will compare the sequel to the first film. Amar Kaushik told Pinkvilla that they had a concept, and “Stree 2” might be the next movie.
Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, and other actors also had lead parts in “Stree.” The second instalment of the horror-comedy universe, “Roohi,” starring Rajkummar Rao, Varun Sharma, and Janhvi Kapoor, was released after it.
Contrarily, the primary actors of “Bhediya” are Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. Key parts are also played by Deepak Dobriyal and Abhishek Banerjee. The movie is expected to premiere on November 25, 2022.
